Prepare crisped rice cereal treats (1 recipe makes about 15 treats). Press recipe into lightly buttered jelly roll pan; shape remainder into 1 1/4 in. diameter balls (1 ball makes 2 centers). For bases, use 3 in. metal cutter to cut circles; for flower centers, cut balls in half. Place bases and half balls (flat side down) on cooling grid. Cover with melted candy tinted green and yellow; let set. Make a small hole in center of base; insert stem. Attach leaf to flower stem with melted candy; let set. Using melted candy, attach flower to cone top; let set. Attach flower center and topper with melted candy.
