Bake and cool cake using firm-textured batter such as pound cake. Level to 1/2 in. high. Cut flip-flops with knife using cutter from set as a guide. Place on Cooling Grid over waxed paper-covered Cookie Sheet.
Tint portions of icing orange, pink, yellow. Tint 2 tablespoons of each color. Reserve 1 tablespoon white icing. Pour heated Decorator Icing over cakes to cover. Let dry. Pipe tip 44 (smooth side up) outline straps. Pipe tip 5 bead petal flowers; add tip 3 dot centers.
