Rated 4 out of 5 by annmarie24us from I did not make the candy with my molds I always use them to make mini cheesecakes. I put the crust in bottom and pour in my cheesecake batter and bake in a water bath in oven and they come out beautiful. But the only complaint I have is having them pop out easily. You always have to peel the molds off. I will probably spray them lightly next time to see if they release easier. But I love them and would use them again and again for chocolate or whatever my needs are in the future. Yes they are tedious to clean but are worth the effort.
