If you are looking for an international wholesale account, please email InternationalSales@wilton.com.

If you are looking for a Canada wholesale account, please email WiltonCA@wilton.com.

To open a United States wholesale account, we do require the following:

Why can’t I find a product?

We do not offer the full product assortment on wilton.com. Please check your local retailer for product availability. If more assistance is needed, email info@wilton.com with your product inquiry.

Do I need to register for the product warranty?

We do not require registration to take advantage of our product warranties. If you have any issues or concerns with your product, you can contact us directly at 800-794-5866 or email us at info@wilton.com and we'll be glad to help. For replacements under the warranty, we request pictures of the damaged or defective item to serve as proof of purchase and determine whether it is eligible for replacement. Please note, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage inflicted by the consumer.

For a complete copy of our warranty, please see www.wilton.com/warranty

When do Wilton food products expire?

There is a stamped-on manufacturer date code on the product; we use a Julian Date calendar and go off the first five digits of this code. For example: 19114, the first two numbers are the year (2019), and the last three numbers (114) are the day of the year out of 365, which is April 24. Freshness ranges vary by product. Please contact info@wilton.com with your lot code and item/stock number for further assistance.

If the item(s) you have are out of their freshness range, they are not harmful if consumed, but they may not perform or taste as a fresh batch would.

Below are common freshness dates:

  • Candy Melts Candy are freshest if used within 18 months
  • Icing Colors are freshest if used within 36 months
  • Fondant is freshest if used within 18 months
  • Color Right Food Coloring is freshest if used within 24-48 months
  • Sprinkles are freshest if used within 24-36 months
  • Creamy White Decorator Icing is freshest if used within 12 months
  • Gingerbread and Cookie Kits are freshest if used within 12 months

Do Wilton food products have allergen warnings?

We label for the top 8 allergens and note all allergen-related information on product packaging, including whether allergens are present in the product, on shared equipment or in the manufacturing plant. If an allergen is not mentioned on the label, it is not in the facility. Since our manufacturing environments change from time to time, the packaging is always the best place to look.

Are Wilton food products gluten free?

We carefully label for wheat in our products and any potential cross-contamination with wheat; however, Wilton does not label any products as gluten free. We have no documentation or certification which would allow us to claim that our products meet the legal criteria for “gluten free”, which is less than 20 ppm. In addition, some of our manufacturing facilities may produce other items that do contain gluten and there is always a risk of cross contamination when wheat is present in the manufacturing facility. To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, allergen plans and protocols are in place at all facilities where Wilton products are manufactured.

Are Wilton food products vegan?

We do not certify or guarantee that any of our products are Vegetarian or Vegan. Although there may be no known animal by-products in the food itself, we can’t guarantee that refined sugars were not processed with Bone Char. Some products may be at risk of cross contamination with animal products processed on the same equipment or in the same facility.

Are Wilton food products certified Halal?

Currently in North America, we do not have any Halal-certified products.

Are Wilton food products certified Kosher?

We do have some Kosher certified products. Please reach out to info@wilton.com with the item/stock number of the product you are inquiring about.

I have a product idea

Unfortunately, Wilton does not review any unsolicited ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. We do this to avoid misunderstandings if we (or someone we are working with) develop something that seems similar to what you would like to submit.
