A bright orange pumpkin icing decoration creates a warm fall feeling on these delicious brownie bites. Bake them in the bite-size brownie squares silicone mold and add the rich, fudgy glaze using our heated chocolate decorator icing.
Make brownies. Prepare brownie batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool
brownies in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Unmold brownies.
Glaze brownies. Heat chocolate decorator icing in microwave at defrost setting (30% power) for 20 to 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until consistency of icing will pour. Place brownies on cooling grid over parchment-covered cookie sheet. Use a cut decorating bag to pipe icing on brownies, dripping over sides. Tap to smooth and remove excess icing. Immediately position pumpkin icing decoration.
