Glaze brownies. Heat chocolate decorator icing in microwave at defrost setting (30% power) for 20 to 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until consistency of icing will pour. Place brownies on cooling grid over parchment-covered cookie sheet. Use a cut decorating bag to pipe icing on brownies, dripping over sides. Tap to smooth and remove excess icing. Immediately position pumpkin icing decoration.
