In advance: Make guitar. Tint 19 oz. fondant violet, 10 oz. brown, 7 oz. yellow, 2 oz. gray. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Using pattern and knife, cut violet body, brown neck and headstock. Cut a 2 in. opening at top of body to fit neck and position. Cut yellow pick guard; cut pick guard section from body and inlay yellow piece. Cut gray string supports using pattern and knife, knobs with wide end of tip 4; cut same sections from body and inlay pieces. Smooth seam with finger. Cut tuning keys with wide end of tip 2A and string posts with narrow end of tip 2A. Attach with damp brush. Let dry. Draw string lines with black FoodWriter.
