Step 1
2 DAYS IN ADVANCE
Make cookies. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use egg Comfort-Grip cutter to cut cookies. Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Outline and flow in cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions brown/red-red/black combination (for brown), rose/burgundy combination (for dark rose), orange/red-red combination (for dark orange), orange, and rose.
Use tip 3 and full-strength brown icing to outline egg. Use thinned dark brown icing in cut disposable bag to flow in egg. Let dry 24 hours. Reserve remaining icing.
Step 3
1 DAY IN ADVANCE
Decorate cookies.Use reserved full-strength icing in all colors except brown to decorate. Use tip 2 to make scrolls. Use tip 1 to make dots. Use tips 3 and 4 to make small teardrop shapes. Use tips 4 and 5 to make large teardrop shapes. Let dry 3 to 4 hours.
