A fun treat for teachers, friends, neighbors and coworkers, this edible arrangement is made using Spritz cookies, so you can create several poinsettia cookies at once. Even if you don’t want to arrange them in a pot, these decorated Spritz cookies would look so adorable just on their own! Use tip 352 to create the poinsettia leaves and decorate the centers with piped dots or sprinkles.

Step 1

Paint lollipop sticks with a mixture of clear vanilla and green icing color. Push end into craft square and let dry.

Step 2

Prepare spritz cookie dough.

Step 3

Use flower disk with cookie press to make 6 cookies per pot.

Step 4

Bake cookies and let them cool.

Step 5

Pipe tip 352 pull-out leaves to form poinsettias.

Step 6

Pipe 8 leaves for bottom row, then 8 shorter leaves on top, positioning tips between tips of bottom row.

Step 7

For centers, pipe 6 tip 3 green dots; overpipe tip 2 yellow dots.

Step 8

Cut spearmint candies in half for thinner leaves.

Step 9

Use melted candy to attach cookies and leaves to painted sticks; chill until set.

Step 10

Wrap pot with 8 x 16 in. piece of Fanci-Foil; secure with ribbon and tie bow.

Step 11

Fill pot with 2 oz. fondant. Insert flowers. Cover fondant with cookie crumbs.
