Easy Roasted Breakfast Potatoes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Prepare Mega Cookie Pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, toss potatoes, oil, salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika together until evenly coated. Spread mixture onto prepared pan in an even layer.

Step 3

Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Raise oven temperature to 475°F and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with additional rosemary, if using.
