

Easy Meatballs
Meatballs are amazing because you can serve them in so many ways: with pasta, in sandwiches or even as party appetizers. Whatever the occasion, this recipe is your simple solution to cook up quick and tasty meatballs any day of the week. Made with ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs and yummy seasonings, you can whip up a big batch for dinner then freeze a few for later.

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare broiler pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In large bowl, gently mix together ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, onion and garlic powder until thoroughly combined. Form into meatballs about 2-1/2 in. in size. Place on prepared pan.
- Bake 34-36 minutes or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
