Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor instructions; poor results....disappointed! I bought the round 5 layer cake pans. I tried a box cake which on the outside said you could use. There were absolutely no instructions regarding time, heat, etc. I have tried this twice. First time found that temperature must be reduced tops burnt although rest of cake layer was fine. I sprayed only the bottom of the pan as suggested by mix, however, found getting the cake (and second attempt brownie) difficult to release. I would spray pan, then cut a layer of parchment and then spray parchment top before adding batter. Again no directions on the amount to put in each pan. I found approximately 3/4 cup for each when using a cake mix. Lastly timing was difficult. I am guessing around 6+ minutes at 325 degrees. I think your company could do a much better job of providing instruction.
