red strips in same lengths and attach below damask strip on each cake. Cut 24 black strips each 1 1/4 x 1/8 in. wide and 1 1/4 x 5/8 in. wide. Attach strips vertically below red strips, placing 5/8 in. wide strips 1 1/2 in. apart, 1/8 in. wide strips centered between. Attach bows. Insert initial.
