Cover and decorate cookies with candy. Melt pink and lavender Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Place cookies on cooling grid over parchment-covered cookie sheet. Cover cookies with melted pink or lavender candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy.
Immediately use melted pink or lavender candy in cut decorating bag to pipe contrasting color dots around edge of cookie. Drag toothpick through dots to create heart shape. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Reserve remaining candy.
