2-3 days in advance: Prepare panels and stars. For panels, tint 12 oz. fondant violet. Add 1 teaspoon Gum-Tex. For stars, tint fondant: 3 oz. each rose, blue and yellow, 2 oz. each orange, green. Add 1/4 teaspoon Gum-Tex to each. Roll out 1/8 thick as needed. Use patterns to cut 1 large, 2 medium, 2 small back panels. Cut stars using cutters from set: with large, 1 each orange, yellow, rose, blue; with medium, 2 each orange, yellow, rose plus 1 blue; with small, 1 each yellow, pink, blue. Let dry 2 days on waxed paper-covered boards. Reserve excess fondant for figures.
To complete back panels: Brush panel edges and stars with Piping Gel and sprinkle on matching Colored Sugar. Assemble using thinned fondant adhesive. Attach Lollipop Sticks to back of panels; trim sticks, leaving 3 in. extended at bottom to insert into cake. Attach stars to panel edges. Cut name using Cut-Outs; attach to large panel. Let dry.
