Spring?s signature icing flower sits on a springy, scrumptious marshmallow! Create the beautiful shade of blue with Color Mist food color spray and decorate with pretty Sugar Pearls, for a wonderful way to greet shower guests.
Make daisies 1 day in advance. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Use tip 102, cut disposable decorating bag and royal icing to make one daisy per treat on flower nail covered with flower square. Use tip 5, cut disposable decorating bag and royal icing to pipe dot flower centers. Sprinkle centers with yellow sugar. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry 24 hours.
Decorate marshmallows. Insert lollipop stick in bottom of marshmallow, then insert in craft foam block. Use blue food color spray to cover marshmallow. Let dry, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Use piping gel in cut parchment bag to attach white Sugar Pearls randomly to side of marshmallow and daisy to top.
Try some fun color combinations: yellow petals with yellow or blue centers, violet or blue petals with yellow centers and peach petals with orange centers. Highlight centers with Wilton Cake Sparkles, or colored sugars.
