Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you want to make these for any occasion, you have to make them the same day. Make sure to allow the fruit to dry after washing. After dipping, let them set at cool room temperature and you can leave them at room temp for a few hours before serving. DO NOT refrigerate or the chocolate will have condensation on it when it reaches room temperature during serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chocolate covered strawberries are my absolute favorite treat. I followed the directions that Wilton listed and they came out perfectly. Now instead of buying them from an upscale bakery for $3 each I can enjoy many more for way less!
