Diploma is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great technique! I used this on a graduation cake, although I altered the size to fit my tier. Gum Paste needs lots of time to dry and is fairly fragile, so make more than one in case it breaks! I also used the technique to make a 'graduation card' to put next to the diploma on the cake. The food writer helps keep the writing neat, but you can also paint with gel/paste food color mixed with clear vanilla or vodka. It takes practice, but the results are pretty amazing.
