Tint candy. Melt white and light cocoa Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Divide melted white candy into three portions. Use pink and green colors from garden candy color set to tint one portion each. Use blue from primary candy color set to tint remaining portion.
Dip chips. Dip chips halfway into melted candy. Place on parchment-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
