Tint fondant. Tint 2 oz. white fondant yellow using color combination provided. Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out yellow fondant. Using banana pattern and craft knife, cut out eight bananas.
Leave two bananas whole. Trim two bananas to 3½ in., two bananas to 2 in., and two bananas to 1½ in. Set all bananas on cornstarch-dusted cake board.
Using FoodWriter marker, draw line down center of each banana.
