Prepare dough. Bake cookies and cool completely on cooking grid.
Outline "B" and last "O" using tip 3 and black color flow icing. Let dry. Outline center "O" with tip 3 and orange color flow icing. Flow in with thinned black and orange icings in cut decorating bags. Let dry overnight. Pipe orange lines at 45º angle on "B" using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing. Pipe black dots in series of 3 on orange "O" using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing. Pipe stripes on last "O" using tip 3 and orange, green and purple full strength color flow icings. Use tip 2 and pipe alternating green and purple lines on "B" in opposite direction to create plaid effect.
