Decorate cupcakes. Prepare decorating bags separately with tips 3, 5, 12 and 2A. Fill tip 3 bag with yellow icing, tip 5 bag with green icing, tip 12 bag with deep teal icing and tip 2A bag with magenta icing.
Alternating colors, pipe dots down center, around edge or in crescent shape. Pat down dots with finger dipped in cornstarch.
