Dancing Daisy Flower Cake

Step 1
Bake and cool cake. Position cake on foil-lined cake board. Ice smooth with rose buttercream.
Step 2
Using black FoodWriter, trace petal pattern on the back side of Light Pink Sugar Sheets! Cut shape with Rotary Cutter.
Step 3
Using Rotary Cutter, cut 15 strips, 5 3/4 long x 1/4 in. wide, from White Sugar Sheets! Trim if necessary to fit petals. Brush back of strips with piping gel and attach to petal, 1/8 in. apart. Repeat with every other petal.
Step 4
Using border punch with Flower Chain Border Cutting Insert, cut five flower chains from Bright Pink Sugar Sheets! Cut flowers apart. Brush back of flowers with piping gel and attach to remaining petals. Attach a yellow confetti sprinkle to center of each flower with piping gel.
Step 5
For large flower center, use punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert to cut circle from Light Yellow Sugar Sheets! Brush back with piping gel and attach to petals.
Step 6
Attach decorated petals to cake with piping gel.
Step 7
Using tip 6, pipe bead bottom border with rose buttercream.
