  • Standard Cup Neon Florals 150 Count

  • #103 Petal Piping Tip

  • Standard Coupler

  • food-safe scissors

  1. Bake and cool cupcakes.
  2. Decorate cupcakes. Use coupler to attach tip 103 and pipe rows of petals, ruffles and circles on cupcake tops in various combinations of colors.
