   Make cookies one day in advance. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use carrot cutter from set to cut cookies. Bake and cool cookies.

   Outline and fill in cookies. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint portions green and orange. Use tip 3, cut parchment bag and full-strength orange icing to outline carrot section of cookie. Use tip 3, cut parchment bag and full-strength green icing to outline four sections of carrot top. Use thinned orange and green icings in cut parchment bags to fill in. Let set 24 hours.

3. -

   Decorate cookies. Use tip 3, cut parchment bag and full-strength orange icing to pipe e-motion outline on carrot. Let set 1 hour.

E-Motion

E-Motion works best for bottom borders or western lariats. If you need to change positions while piping a border, push in tip at the end of the "e" and continue for a smooth look.
