Prepare decorating bag with tip 1A and macaron batter.
Place template on cookie sheet; cover with parchment paper. Following template, pipe macaron shells onto parchment paper-covered cookie sheet.
Prepare decorating bag with tip 8 and remaining macaron batter. Pipe ears on half of the macarons.
Bake and cool following recipe instructions.
