Decorate cookies using full-strength icing. Pipe tip 10 swirls for icing tops; blend and shape with spatula. Immediately position confetti sprinkles. Pipe tip 12 dot cherry. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and nose; pipe outline smile and immediately attach confetti cheeks.
