Step 1
In advance: Make cookie wings. Prepare Chocolate Roll-Out Cookie recipe. Roll out and use smallest oak leaf cutter from cookie cutter set to cut 2 "wing" cookies for each cupcake.
Step 2
Bake and cool cupcakes. Let cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 3
Prepare Buttercream Icing according to recipe. Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow Icing Colors to achieve green shade used. Ice top of cupcake smooth with green icing and spatula.
Step 4
Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Icing according to recipe. Pipe tip 2A ball head with Chocolate Buttercream. Use white Buttercream Icing to pipe tip 3 dot eyeballs and black tinted icing to pipe tip 2 dot pupils and tip 3 to outline mouth. Use tip 3 and white icing to pipe pull-out fangs. Pipe tip 352 pull-out ears with chocolate icing.
Step 5
Ice wing cookies with chocolate buttercream and position on cupcakes.
