In advance: Make hearts. Tint 2 oz. fondant violet; add 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut heart using 2nd smallest cutter from set. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted boards.
Also in advance: Make flowers. Add 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 1 oz. fondant; roll out 1/16 in. thick. Cut flower using smallest Cut-Out from set. Set on thick foam and cup centers using ball tool. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface. Brush with Pearl Dust. Attach Sugar Pearl centers with fondant adhesive.
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice tops; sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar. Position heart, add icing in back for support.
