Tint icing. Using icing colors, tint ½ cup icing each black, orange, neon green and purple, following color combinations provided.
*Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get neon green color shown. Combine Violet and Rose icing colors to get purple color shown.
Decorate skulls. Prepare decorating bag with tip 2 and 1/3 of black icing. Prepare second decorating bag with remainder of black icing; cut small tip in bag. With cut bag, pipe in eyes, nose and mouth on each skull. Using spatula and color of your choice, ice rest of skull. Using black icing with tip, pipe additional lines and details.
