For each large tower, cut a 6 x 5 in. rectangle in light color and a 1 x 5 in. strip in dark color for bottom. Use dark color to cover peak with a 5 x 7 in. strip and turret with a 10 x 3 in. strip. Attach using damp brush, shaping and trimming as needed; cut and remove fondant for notched edges.
For each small tower, cut a 4 x 4 1/2 in. rectangle in light color and a 3/4 x 4 in. strip in dark color for bottom. Use dark color to cover peak with a 4 x 6 in. strip and turret with a 7 x 2 in. strip. Attach as above.
