- Make cookies 1 day in advance. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use egg cutter to cut shapes. Bake and cool cookies.
Ice cookies also 1 day in advance. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint a portion blue and a small amount yellow. Reserve remaining white icing.
Use spatula and blue icing to ice cookies smooth. Reserve remaining blue icing.
- Decorate border also 1 day in advance. Use tip 2 and reserved blue icing to pipe rope border on cookies. Let cookies dry overnight.
- Decorate bunny also 1 day in advance. Use tip 233 and white icing to pipe pull-out bunny fur. Use flat brush to help straighten fur outline of bunny. Use tip 233 and yellow icing to pipe pull-out tail.
