Cornucopia Brownie Pop
There will be plenty to be thankful for this fall with a special Thanksgiving treat. Mold the base of this pop using the Wilton 8-Cavity Silicone Brownie Pops Mold and cover in peanut butter Candy Melts candy.
Each brownie serves 1.
Make cornucopia. Bake and cool brownies in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet.
Melt peanut butter Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Using chocolate fondant, shape a pointed end for cornucopia. Attach to brownie with melted candy.
Dip brownie pop using candy fork from set. Place on a waxed paper-covered board. Chill until firm.
Use a parchment bag and melted candy to pipe zigzag border. Chill until firm.
Make fondant fruit. Tint fondant 3/4 in. ball orange, 3/4 in. ball red, 3/4 in. yellow, 3/4 in. violet and 1/2 in. ball green.
For orange, roll orange fondant into ball, 3/8 in. dia. Use a tiny piece of chocolate fondant to shape a stem by hand. Attach to orange with damp brush.
For apple, roll red fondant into ball, 3/8 in. dia. Use a tiny piece of chocolate fondant to shape a stem by hand. Attach to apple with damp brush.
For banana, roll yellow fondant into ball, 3/8 in. dia. and then roll into a banana shape.
For bunch of grapes, roll violet fondant into ball, 1/2 in. dia. and then roll into a teardrop shape. Make several tiny violet balls and attach to teardrop with damp brush.
For leaves, shape green fondant into small shapes by hand.
Attach fruit and leaves to brownie with melted candy. Chill until firm.
