Make and ice heart-shaped mini cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes according to pan directions. Prepare cakes for rolled fondant. Cover cakes with chocolate fondant.
Make fondant heart. Tint a portion of white fondant blue. Use fondant roller with purple guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use medium Cut-Out to cut heart. Use icing to attach to center of cake.
Decorate heart-shaped mini cakes. Tint a portion of white icing red. Use tip 2 and red icing to pipe letter on center heart. Use tip 3 and white icing to pipe scallops around center heart.
