Use vegetable shortening to soften 1 oz. fondant for each cookie. Use press set with 3-hole insert to press logs, you will need 14 in. for each cookie. Brush ends with damp brush as needed. Use thinned fondant adhesive to attach around edge of heart; shape and attach a 1 1/2. in. wide swirl and 1 1/2 in. high initials and a 1/2 in. diameter center dot. Paint with Pearl Dust/ lemon extract mixture. Let dry.
