Bake and cool three-layer cake (trim 1 layer to 1 in. high for a 5 in. high cake). Place on foil-wrapped cake circle. Ice smooth with white buttercream.

For crayon tips, use Rotary Cutter to cut rounded triangles, 1 high x 1 in. wide at base, from bright colored Sugar Sheets! Attach to cake with piping gel.
Spell out message using Alphabet Sugar Sheets! and attach with piping gel.
