Decorate cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint portions rose, blue and green. Use tip 2A and tinted icing to pipe swirl on top of cupcakes. Sprinkle with matching colored sugar.
Position cupcakes. Assemble stand according to package directions. Place cupcakes on stand.
