Wedding day treats that come straight from the heart. Easy-to-do treats are decorated with a rainbow of pastel Color Flow Icing, and pretty fondant bows and posies. A Sugar Pearl adds a hint of glimmer.
In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough.
Cut, bake and cool cookies. Outline cookies using tip
3 and full-strength color flow; flow in using thinned
color flow. Let dry 24 hours.
Also in advance: Make fondant
flowers. Cover a cake board with waxed paper and
dust with cornstarch. Tint fondant darker shades. Make
flowers using largest blossom ejector from Cutter Set.
Attach Sugar Pearl center using damp brush. Let dry.
Brush cookies with Pearl Dust.
For bow, roll out white
fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 1/4 x 7 1/2 in. strips. Loop and
shape bow. Attach using dots of full-strength icing.
