Prepare Cocoa Fudge recipe and mold in square pan lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm, 3-4 hours. Unmold and trim edges evenly with knife. Cut into 2 x 3 x 1 1/4 in. bars. Use knife to cut a hole for pretzel. Trim lollipop stick and pretzel as needed; insert in fudge. Using melted white candy in cut parchment bag, pipe snowdrifts.
