Preheat oven to 325ºF. Prepare 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl, combine coconut milk, melted butter, eggs, lime zest and coconut extract. Add mixture to flour, stirring just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 75-80 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn bread out onto cooling grid and cool at least 1 hour.
For glaze, in medium bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, 3 tablespoons coconut milk, lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon lime zest. Drizzle over bread and serve warm or at room temperature.
