In medium bowl, stir together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt. Gently mix in chopped candies. Spoon into gift bag.
Contents of Gift Bag
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare 8 x 8 in. square baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
In medium bowl, stir together contents of bag, melted butter and eggs. When ingredients are well combined, stir vigorously for 50 strokes. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25-28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center is only slightly moist with batter. Cool completely before cutting.
