Dip apples in light cocoa candy. Melt the light cocoa Candy Melts candy in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package directions. Dip about 3/4ths of each apple in the melted light cocoa candy.
Once the apple is appropriately covered, tap it on the edge of the bowl to smooth and remove excess melted chocolate candy.
Immediately sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Place apples on the parchment triangle-lined cookie pan. Chill in the refrigerator to set, should take about 5 to 10 minutes.
Reserve the remaining melted light cocoa candy in a parchment bag. Cut the bag when ready to decorate with the remaining melted light cocoa candy.
