Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies with smallest round cutter. Bake, cool and ice tops.

Step 2

Using punch with Sunburst Cutting Insert, punch one starburst from bright yellow Sugar Sheets!

Step 3

Using black FoodWriter, write message.

Step 4

Brush piping gel to back of sunburst and attach to cookie.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did not have the "sheets" so I used some fondant that I had flavoured with some almond and vanilla and coloured the colour of the school...I first put on white buttercream and then used a cookie cutter to "cut out" the thinly-rolled fondant!!! It worked perfectly. The food writers are simply a life saver and really save ones hands from mixing and mixing colours and then piping...
