  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-1/4 cups sour cream
  • Streusel

  • 2/3 firmly-packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Icing

  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons milk

Tip: For larger crumbs of streusel topping, squeeze together streusel mixture with your hands and break it into crumbs.
