Cinnamon-Pecan Streusel Coffee Cake

1. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9 in. round baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
2. - For the topping: In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, light brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
3. - Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until well-blended.
4. - For the cake: In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
5. - In large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg, egg yolk, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour mixture to cream cheese mixture; beat at low speed just until combined (batter will be thick).
6. - Spread mixture in prepared pan and sprinkle with topping.
7. - Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
8. - Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if using. Serve warm.
