Cinnamon Graham Rice Pudding Recipe

There is nothing quite like rich, creamy homemade rice pudding. It's often flavored with a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla, but Treatology Flavors can take your pudding to the next level. Instead of cinnamon, add Warm Cinnamon Graham Flavor, for a special honey twist that lingers in the background. Add another layer of taste with a few drops of Salted Caramel and Creamy Vanilla Custard for familiar floral notes and extra richness that you just can?t get from plain vanilla extract.

Step 1

In large saucepan, heat water, rice and salt over medium heat until boiling. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until water is absorbed and rice is completely cooked, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in milk, cream, sugar, Creamy Vanilla Custard, Warm Cinnamon Graham, and Salted Caramel Flavors. Increase heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add cranberries and cook, stirring frequently, 5-10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Transfer to bowl and cover surface with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Pudding will continue to thicken as it cools.
