Bake and cool cookies.

Decorate boy with hat. Use green icing and round tip to cover a quarter of the sugar cookie?s ?head.? Add a dot of red icing on top and a line of red below it to create the bill of the hat. Pipe smile and eyes below it, then pipe 3 green buttons and add dots of red on top of each. Pipe red line followed by green and then red to create pants and shirt cuffs.
Step 3
Decorate boy with Mohawk. Use red icing and round tip to pipe 5 spikes of ?hair.? Pipe eyes and mouth.
Step 4
Decorate girl. Use red icing to pipe hair. Add eyes and mouth. Use red icing and round tip to pipe circles and cover dress area. Use green icing to pipe trim around collar, sleeves and hem.
