Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Add mixture to flour; stir just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 73-78 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn out onto cooling grid to cool completely. Ice top of cake with Naturally Flavored Vanilla Icing and sprinkle with sprinkles.
