No-Bake Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Shots Recipe


Sometimes after a big meal, there’s just no room for dessert. Thankfully, this No-Bake Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Shot recipe is just a little taste of something sweet! The shot glass is made using crushed cookies, then is filled with a raspberry-flavored cheesecake filling. Top your dessert shots with a little raspberry and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for a tasty end to your meal.

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter; mix well. Press into silicone shot glass mold cavities. Freeze at least 1-2 hours and remove from mold. (May be made 1 day in advance).

Step 2

For filling, combine cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, heavy cream, and raspberry preserves and beat until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Pipe or spoon mixture into shot glasses. Top with raspberries, chocolate syrup and gold stars, if desired.
