Step 1

Whip cream until soft peaks form, set aside. Soften gelatin in cold water; heat in microwave on high, 20-30 seconds until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, milk and lemon juice; mix. Add gelatin mixture, stir to combine. Add 2 boxes of pudding, mix. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.

cream cheese

6 oz cream cheese (softened)

granulated sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good tasting but need to change recipe easy to make and great taste but definitely leave out the gelatin. I just spent this morning scrapping my mousse through a very fine strainer to get the bit and pieces of chewy gelatin out of my mousse. Once the dissolved gelatin hit the cold milk it formed chewy bits. so will leave it out next time.
