Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare 6 in. round cake pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine dark cocoa Candy Melts and butter. Microwave on HALF (50%) power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Whisk in sugar, eggs, egg yolk and vanilla until thoroughly blended. Whisk in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake 17-19 minutes, or until edges of cake are firm but center is still soft. Let cool in pan on cooling grid 2 minutes, then turn out onto serving plate. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
